• First Section takes responsibility for the overall program and coordination of police telecommunication network, as well as control and utilization of the fixed and radio communication and staff training and education.
• Second Section takes responsibility for the fixed communication engineering affairs including plan, design, construction, allocation, and maintenance, etc.
• Third Section takes responsibility for the procurement, allocation, store, freight and supply of the telecommunication equipments as well as information system management.
• Fourth Section is responsible for logistics and general service.
• Secretariat conducts affairs such as secretary, research and evaluation, archives management, legal regulation and pubic relations, etc.
• Internal Affairs Office conducts affairs at national level and anti-spy security, the national safety protection, the staff fidelity investigation as well as the security-defense propaganda.
• Personnel Office conducts personnel management affairs.
• Accounting Office conducts annual revenue, accounting and statistics affairs.
• Mobil Communication Center takes charge of planning, servicing and maintaining the mobile radio communication.
• Microwave Communication Center takes charge of planning, constructing, superintending, controlling, utilizing and maintaining the microwave carrier system.
